Limited edition, 6 color, hand pulled silkscreen print. “Monsoon,” tries to capture the powerful, yet fleeting experience of monsoon season in the Sonoran Desert.
Printed on 130# black Cougar Opaque paper. I have done two ink blends on this piece, so every image is slightly different from the next as I allow some ink to shift and blend and mix as I print. In this image, I’ve done this in the purple clouds to help give a sense of motion as the storm moves quickly across the desert.
